Workshop registration
Dear guests of M'era Luna!
We are very happy to introduce you to our academy program for M'era Luna festival 2023.
If you are interested in participating in one of the events, feel free to sign up below.
Please note that the make-up workshops only have a certain capacity, so you can only sign up as long as there are places available.
For others, you can express your interest by clicking the button next to them.
There is no registration needed, so feel free to just come by if you want to participate in them.
FAQs
Do I have to register in advance?
Yes, for some of the workshops you will have to sign up in advance. You can register by clicking the button next to the workshop's title, as long as there are still places available. Please also keep in mind to arrive at the workshop's location at least 15min prior to the start of the workshop. For other events, you can simply show us that you are interested but you can always just attend them without registering beforehand.
What does "No free places available online" mean?
We open up the workshop spaces online in advance so that people can register free of charge. If these spaces are fully booked, we close the online registration process of each workshop. So if you see this, it means, that there are no further spaces available for registration.
What does "show interest" mean?
Selecting this option tells us that you are generally interested in the event. This will help us to estimate the demand better and accommodate to the actual interest.
Is there a waiting list?
No, but it is always a good idea to come by about 15 minutes before the beginning of a workshop. Either there are still places available or more spaces will be made available spontaneously.
Can I also cancel the participation from a workshop?

I want to participate with a friend. Do we have to sign up individually?
No, you can register up to two people at a time. But you are not obligated to do so.
I signed up several people to a workshop and now one person wants to cancel their space / change the name. Is this possible?

What do I need to take into account on site?
Please be at the workshop site at least 15 minutes before the regular start. Please check in advance if you have to possibly bring something on site.
I wish to register more than one person. Who gets the confirmation?
You can decide that for yourself. If you want to get the confirmation for all participants, enter your e -mail address for both participants. If you want that everyone gets their own confirmation, enter their email address in the boxes provided.
I have not received confirmation. What now?
First, check your spam folder, in case our message landed there. This is the most common explanation in such a cases. If you still haven’t found the confirmation, but are sure that you have successfully registered, please contact us on academy@meraluna.de
